A new chapter for Mantena – relocating to Schweigaards gate 15b.

Mantena has signed a lease agreement with Entra and is relocating its headquarters to Schweigaards gate 15b. Here, we will be close to both the railway and many of our important partners – such as Vy, Bane NOR, and Intility.

At the same time, we have made an important environmental choice: All furniture and furnishings in the new premises are reused. In collaboration with Loopr, we have purchased high-quality pre-owned furniture, and our current furniture will be resold through the same company. Nothing has been purchased new.

– We are proud to say that we have carried out the entire relocation project with a comprehensive reuse strategy. It is both sustainable and economically smart, says project manager Elisabeth Grebstad Rødseth.

Comprehensive project management – with an eye for detail

Rødseth has managed the project from start to finish – overseeing everything from the layout of the premises and negotiations with suppliers, to color palette and practical solutions such as meeting room equipment, furniture, and coffee machine.

– Elisabeth has done an impressive job. She has maintained an overview of both the big picture and the details, ensuring that we have functional, aesthetic, and modern premises tailored to our organization, says Director of Strategy and Sustainability Silje Holestøl.

The building we are moving into is a modern, full-service business property with facilities such as a cafeteria, reception, social areas, and meeting rooms – all in immediate proximity to Oslo S.
