Project-Based Maintenance
At Mantena, we undertake all types of assignments within damage repair, upgrades, installation, and overhauls of rail vehicles. We have an extensive network of partners that enables us to meet any challenge.
Our projects are carried out at Grorud in Oslo, at Stange, or at one of our first-line workshops, such as Marienborg or Hässleholm.

Total Responsibility from Start to Finish
When we carry out project-based maintenance, we assume comprehensive project management responsibility. This includes planning and coordination, regular status updates, procurement of parts, management of subcontractors, transport and logistics. We ensure that all aspects of the project are cohesive and delivered in accordance with the agreed quality, timeline, and cost. All projects have a dedicated project manager.
