Mantena has appointed Halfdan Blytt as Group Director of Technical, Planning & Supply. He has served as acting in the role since the spring, and now assumes the position permanently.
Halfdan has demonstrated solid professional expertise and extensive experience within his field. In addition, he has contributed far beyond his own area of responsibility and has shown the ability to build relationships, structure, and direction across the organization. We are extremely pleased to have Halfdan on the team.

Blytt has more than 25 years of experience from various management roles and change management in complex organizations. He has previously served as Group Director at Felleskjøpet Agri with responsibility for production and supply chain, Director of Production at CargoNet, and Logistics Director at Coop Norway. In recent years, he has also worked as an interim manager and advisor within strategy, organizational development, and efficiency improvement.
I greatly appreciate the trust, and look forward to continuing the work I have started together with skilled colleagues across the organization. Mantena has an important social mission, and I am excited to continue and strengthen this in the years to come.
